  • Sydney's Park

    Tomball

    This stunning neighborhood boasts 41 single-family homes, each exuding a unique charm and style. With six different floor plans, this neighborhood was impressive.

  • Park Hudson

    Bryan

    With a total of 16 buildings, each containing 4 two story units, these spacious townhomes all have 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and 2-car garages at the backside of the units.

  • Edgewater Rental Community

    Bryan

    Situated within the established Edgewater neighborhood, this Build-to-Rent community features 21 single-family homes thoughtfully arranged along a quiet cul-de-sac. The project offers a diverse mix of twelve floor plans, ranging from 1,200 to just under 1,700 square feet.

  • Midtown Townhomes

    College Station

    This project features a two-building townhome community, offering a total of 22 thoughtfully designed units—11 in each building. Each townhome showcases upgraded interior finishes, blending modern aesthetics with functional living.

  • North Ridge

    Temple

    Located in Temple, this two-phase development features a total of 42 units in its initial phase. Each two-story building includes four, five, or six townhome-style residences, with floor plans ranging from approximately 1,150 to 1,650 square feet.

  • Walker Place

    Waco

    Developed by the same investor behind Ellis Place, this community features 98 single-family homes and utilizes a similar mix of thoughtfully designed floor plans.

  • Caldwell Townhomes

    Caldwell

    This multifamily project featured two buildings, each designed as a fourplex. With smaller unit footprints, the project offers an affordable rental option while maintaining thoughtful design and community appeal.

  • Lake Pointe Single Family Rentals

    Temple

    This 50-home single-family development backs up to the established Lake Pointe neighborhood, offering a seamless extension to the existing community.

  • Harvest Townhomes

    Brenham

    This project is located in an existing community called Vintage Farms. There are 11 different floor plans and 4 unique building layouts, ranging from 2 to 4 bedrooms. Spanning from 1000 to 1500 square feet, some of these townhomes also came with 1 or 2 car garages.

  • Ellis Place

    Waco

    Nestled in an established neighborhood called Park Meadows, Ellis Place was a 75 single-family home neighborhood that was rolled out in two phases. This project consisted of six different floor plans ranging from 1,500 square feet up to a little over 2,000.

  • Cedar Rock Duplexes

    Brazos County

    This rural duplex project was developed gradually over several years, offering a unique approach to rental housing. Built on spacious acre lots in the county, each building also required individual septic systems.

  • Barron Crossing

    College Station

    As one of the group’s first large-scale townhome developments, this project marked a significant milestone. Each building was comprised of four to six modern, two-story units, showcasing a contemporary design approach and setting the tone for future multifamily endeavors
